Web 4.0 would therefore be intelligent and semantic. It is likely that this Web 4.0 will no longer be just a web, but will be made up of sensors, human-machine interfaces, possibly with implantable biological chips, and transfer of digital data transferable to other biological chips. The Web 4.0 will then have dissolved into a sort of biological-digital-biological continuum from person to person.
