Legal Fees
The law firm MALEKIAN offers a fee agreement that specifies the terms of calculation of fees and expenses as well as the conditions for their invoicing, signed by both the client and the lawyer, with each party keeping a copy.
- Two billing methods can be offered:
In this billing method, the law firm MALEKIAN will charge you at an hourly rate between €150.00 excl. tax and €300.00 excl. tax depending on the nature of the case, the complexity of the matter, and the time spent managing your file, plus the applicable VAT rate and case expenses
In this billing method, the law firm MALEKIAN will offer you a global fee without taking into account the time spent.
If you have legal expenses insurance as part of an insurance contract, the fees may be partially or fully covered by your insurance company.
